HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, or the goods recieved there is any problem please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order ASAP. Upon receipt of your request, we will process it immediately. Try to solve it within 30 days.

If you receive the parcel and find out that there is a shortage/wrong item (inconsistent with the items you ordered), please contact the offical email as soon as possible (within 24 hours), and send a photo to us. We will deal with it for you as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
